Hey all,
I recently got back from my trip to the Atlantis in the Bahamas. It turns out that they are very familiar with Celiac Disease and had gluten free bread, pasta and pancakes. I called ahead of time to let them know that I have Celiac Disease and every restaurant that I had a reservation at received notice. The chefs came out at each place, personally introduced themselves and took my order. The food was great. My sister and brother tried my meals and didn't even realize it was gluten free. I highly recommend spending vacations at the Atlantis because they are very accommodating.
